Dragon Ball Online, which is still under development, runs an exclusive closed beta test for 3 days, from Nov 5th to Nov. 7th in Korea. We're very lucky to have the chance to take part in it and bring you the reviews. Trial on Majin

We took the Humans and the Namekians on trial in last test. This time, we try something different – the Majins, and pick the class that is good at magic and bombing techniques.

In the original, there're only male in the Majins – the race of Buu. But in DBO, there're female Majins for players to choose. Male Majins are all fat and Dragon Ball Online Gold round like balloons, no matter they're adult or in their childhood. The female are far more slenderer than the male, and the antennas on their heads are as cute as girls' hairstyles, besides, they have the same skin color options as the male, other than pink, there are also cyan, green, purple and yellow for players to customize.

At the beginning of the game, you're in a desert place that is filled with rock and sand. This is the default beginners' village. After the game is fully loaded, you'll find yourself surrounded by many newly-created Majins. As different races are born in separate places, you can hardly see any other race in this village.

Almost all basic elements featured in Asian-made MMORPGs in recent years can be found in DBO. There're even something familiar from WoW. Players who participated in its closed beta test might have the same feeling.

The character design in DBO faithfully inherits the original comic and anime style, even in the motion design, which is brilliant and serves the fans very well. When it comes to a fighting scene, players would feel like they're playing a console action game.
